Shipping policy

 

Due to the high volume of orders on handmade products, processing time can range from 3-15 business days. 

Once your order is processed and shipped with USPS, you can expect it to arrive within approximately 2-5 business days. However, please note that occasional delays may occur with USPS that are beyond our control.

Lutoe is not responsible for stolen, lost, or missing packages collected by USPS or other mail carriers. Customers must communicate with USPS (or their mail carrier)  to locate missing packages and file claims for reimbursement. If your package is returned to the warehouse due to an incorrect address, you will be required to cover the cost of reshipment. Please note that there is no refund for stolen, lost, or missing shipments.

If you have any concerns about the delivery of your order, USPS can provide assistance and updates on its status. Lost package claims should be filed with USPS for reimbursement
